Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs until light & fluffy.
  2. Add the margarine and whisk together.
  3. Then add the sugar, flour, salt & baking powder & whisk mixture together until it has a smooth texture.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
  5. Generously grease a 20x25 cm baking tray.
  6. Pour in the cake mixture and place in the middle of the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes (until a skewer comes out clean).
  7. Remove the cake from the baking tray whilst hot & place on a high sided serving tray
  8. Immediately pour the condensed milk evenly over the cake - it will soak it up.
  9. Leave to cool.
  10. In a clean bowl, whip the cream until it holds its shape.
  11. Then spread the whipped cream over the cool cake & top with little flakes of chocolate.
  12. Put in the fridge to cool for at least 45 minutes & serve cold.
