Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cream butter and egg.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat in flour and nuts.
  5. Add oatmeal and mix well.
  6. Roll into 36 small logs and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar roll again when cool.
