Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp unbuffered vitamin cup powder (ascorbic acid) or 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (kept separate until needed)

Directions:

  1. Use one of the above combinations in place of one tablespoon yeast.
