Ingredients:

  • 2 cups steamed yams
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp molasses

Directions:

  1. Wash, peel, chop into chunks, steam yams
  2. Combine other ingredients and mix with hot yams
