Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fruit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and milk together and pour into dish.
  3. Pour fruit over batter, DO NOT STIR.
  4. Bake 45 minutes to an hour, at 325. until golden brown on top.
  5. ***Top it off with vanilla ice cream***.
