Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Electric frying pan set to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and add melted butter, yogurt and milk.
  4. Pour over flour mixture and mix/stir until just blended but still lumpy.
  5. Spoon 1/3 cup batter onto greased grill and sprinkle with blueberries.
  6. When bubbles form on the top, flip and cook until bottom is browned. Approximately 4 minutes per side.
  7. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven at about 200 covered with a slightly dampened tea towel.
