Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Coat blueberries with reserved flour.
  3. Stir coated blueberries into dry mixture.
  4. Cream shortening until soft then gradually beat in sugar then lemon rind and egg.
  5. Add flour mixture alternately with milk beating until smooth after each addition.
  6. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
