Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl beat together eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Add buttermilk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir UNTIL JUST COMBINED. Gently fold in blueberries. DO NOT OVERMIX. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes. This is very important.
  5. Ladle batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Top with butter and serve immediately or keep warm in 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
