Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown cubed chicken breasts in 2 tsp olive oil
  2. Add chopped onion, celery, garlic and 2 more tsp. olive oil
  3. Cook until onion is transparent
  4. Add 3 cans chicken broth
  5. Add 3 cans great northern beans
  6. Mash 2 remaining cans of beans, with liquid, and add
  7. Add green chilies, celery salt, oregano, cumin, chili powder, pepper, red pepper flakes, salt and country gravy mix.
  8. Stir, stir, stir
  9. Bring to boil and simmer for one hour
  10. Serve with shredded mozzarella cheese
