White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and red wine vinegar in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add garlic, onion and chicken and saute until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add green chilies, chili powder, cumin and cilantro to chicken and stir well.
  3. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer five minutes.
  4. Add beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes to develop flavors.
  5. Serve in bowls lined with crushed tortilla chips, sprinkle cheese on top with a dollop of sour cream.
