Whipped Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter well.
  2. Cream in sugar, flour, cornstarch and vanilla.
  3. Beat until the consistency of whipped cream.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls on very lightly greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until very lightly browned.
