Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • for chocolate
  • add 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp additional white sugar
  • for raspberry
  • add 1/2 cup lightly sweetened raspberry puree
  • for strawberry
  • add 1/2 cup lightly sweetened strawberry puree

Directions:

  1. In a large mixer bowl place the whipping cream, vanilla and sugar.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and chill bowl and beaters for at least 30 minutes.
  4. When chilled, beat mixture until stiff peaks form.
  5. FOR CHOCOLATE:
  6. Add cocoa powder and additional sugar to above mixture and chill at least 1 hour so cocoa has time to dissolve. Beat to stiff peaks.
  7. FOR RASPBERRY:
  8. Make whipped cream and add puree.
  9. FOR STRAWBERRY:
  10. Make the cream and add puree.
