Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 apple

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, egg, honey, and oil together.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 F or 210 C.
  3. Mix wheat germ, flour, salt, and baking powder
  4. Dice the apple very small.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients; add the apples and cinnamon at the end
  6. 2-3 tbls in small muffin cups (fill half way with batter)
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
