Watermelon Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 6 pieces watermelon, 6 cubes frozen , about 1/2-inch square each
  • 1/2 oz chambord raspberry liquor

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake until very well chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Hint: A properly shaken Martini will have a very thin layer of ice crystals floating on top after it is strained into the glass. Most people don't shake long enough and with enough vigor.
