Directions:

  1. First you need to blend watermelon pieces in blender for approx. 1 minute on medium speed.
  2. Then in a large kettle, mix melon, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Let this bring to a boil.
  4. Now you can stir in liquid fruit pectin and boil fifteen minutes, stirring.
  5. Skim off the foam, and pour into jars and seal.
