Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare canner, jars, lids.
  2. In a large stainless steel saucepan combine the crushed saskatoons and lemon juice.
  3. Whisk in pectin until dissolved.
  4. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Add sugar all at once, return to a full, rolling boil while stirring constantly.
  6. Boil hard for 1 minute.
  7. Immediately stir in Grand Marnier.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Skim off foam if needed.
  10. Ladle hot jam into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  11. Remove air bubbles, wipe rims, adjust caps and screw rings to finger tip tight.
  12. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
  13. Remove canner lid and let stand 5 additional minutes.
  14. Remove jars, cool and store.
