Ingredients:

  • 5 cups white sugar
  • 5 quarts water
  • 1/2 tbsp whole cloves
  • 10 cinnamon sticks
  • 10 allspice berries
  • 2 quarts orange juice
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 gallon apple cider

Directions:

  1. Boil first five ingredients for 10 minutes. Allow to steam for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Serve.
  2. As the tea is reheated the flavor intensifies, more water may be added.
