Warm Spiced Cocoa Pears

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine cream, sugar and spices in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place pears in medium sized crock pot.
  3. Place pats of butter on top of pears.
  4. Pour cream, sugar/spice mixture on top of pears.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours until tender.
  6. Mix well and serve.
