Warm Orange Spice Drink for Cold & Flu

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 -3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh grated gingerroot or 1/2 tbsp a pinch powdered ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • clove

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix orange juice, water, ginger, cinnamon and clove over medium heat.
  2. Once the mixture is hot, stir in honey until dissolved.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
