Warm Chocolate Chunk Pizza Cookie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease large cookie sheet.
  3. On waxed paper, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In 3 qt saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Remove saucepan from heat.
  6. With wire whisk, stir in sugars, vanilla, and egg until mixed.
  7. With spoon, stir in flour mixture just until blended.
  8. Stir in chocolate and walnuts.
  9. Spoon batter onto center of cookie sheet and, with spatula, flatten and spread into 8 round.
  10. Bake 20-23 minutes, until cookie is golden brown.
  11. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes, then slice warm cookie into 16 wedges.
  12. Eat immediately.
  13. Or cool, wrap in foil; to serve warm, reheat in 375 degree oven 5-8 minutes.
