Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp canola oil (or 1 tblsp. olive and 1 tblsp. sunflower)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard (place a tbsp in a jar of remove it. add this to the mix.)

Directions:

  1. Mix in a bowl.
  2. Add greens on top and toss!
