Walnut Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease an 8x11 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter (over stove or in microwave) and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Mix cocoa into butter and stir.
  4. Stir in sugar.
  5. Add eggs to mixture, blending well after each egg.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  8. Add to cocoa mixture and blend.
  9. Stir in walnuts.
  10. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes, until firm when touched.
