Walnut Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup broken nuts

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Beat egg then add sugar and oil then vanilla.
  3. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts then put into greased square baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then cut into squares when cooled.
