Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. Mix dry ingredients together, incorporating well
  3. Rub the butter into this mixture until coarse and crumbly in texture
  4. Add the cheese, parsley, walnuts, and garlic
  5. Combine well
  6. Drizzle the cream into the mixture, stirring well to make a soft dough
  7. You may add more cream if necessary
  8. Knead the dough gently on floured working surface for about 5 minutes
  9. Pat out by hand to a disc of about 1 inch in thickness
  10. Cut into 8 wedges
  11. Place wedges on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  12. Bake about 20 minutes until golden brown
  13. To serve:
  14. Eat as is with butter, or add your favorite filling.
