Directions:

  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Steam carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli until crispy - tender
  3. In mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, mayo, 1/2 chedder,1/2 onions, and steamed vegetables. pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. spread remaining chedder, onions, and mozzerella. bake until golden brown. serve
