Vegetable and Pasta Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil or spray in pan add onion,celery and carrot.
  2. Cook over low heat til soft around 5-10min.
  3. Add sweet potato, corn, vegetable stock.
  4. Bring to boil and simmer 15- 20 min or til vegetables are tender
  5. Add pasta to pan and return to boil.
  6. Simmer for 10 min til pasta cooked.
  7. Serve.
