Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • vanilla to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs with fork in bowl and add a bit of cream and vanilla to taste
  2. Melt butter and scramble eggs in pan to your liking,.
  3. Salt and pepper if you wish
