Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. large marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 - 2 tsp. cinnamon (depending on how strong you want the flavor)

Directions:

  1. Use a bit of wax paper, crumple it up, and smear it in some butter for using to grease a pan about 12 x 8 inches. Make sure you get the sides.
  2. Melt butter in large saucepan or large pot over medium heat.
  3. Toss in marshmallows, and stir until melted. If you don't take care stirring, they'll burn, so watch out!
  4. Remove from heat and while stirring, add in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  5. Pour in the Rice Krispies and stir to mix it all up. It gets really sticky and messy, but try to coat the cereal as best as you can.
  6. Spoon mixture into pan, and press down with either the back of a greased spoon, or greasy fingers, and just let them cool!
  7. If you want to keep them longer, cover with wax paper, and keep them in the fridge.
