Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

  • 1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
  • 2 (16 oz) packages powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.Gradually add powdered sugar and next three ingredients, beating at low speed just until blended. Increase speed to medium, and beat until well blended and smooth.
