Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 225 g flour
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar and essence.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Then add dry ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls.
  5. Place on cold greased trays.
  6. Press down with a fork.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  8. Or 12-15 minutes for me because I have and aga.
