Valentoino's Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup warm water (100 deg)
  • 3/4 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1/4 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 350 Deg. F.
  2. Stir Water, sugar, and yeast until dissolved. Add the olive oil and salt. Stir in flour until well blended. Let dough rest for 10 min.
  3. Pat dough into a pan or onto a pizza stone using fingers dipped in olive oil. If desireable, sprinkle basil, thyme, or other seasonings on the crust. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
  4. Bake 15-20 min.
