Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs and flour.
  3. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Put into a cookie press.
  5. Press out the desired shape on a greased baking tin.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool down completely.
  8. Melt white chocolate.
  9. Dip one half of cookie in it.
  10. Place on wax paper and into the freezer.
  11. Melt the dark chocolate.
  12. Dip other side of cookie into dark chocolate.
  13. Put on wax paper and into freezer.
  14. Keep in the fridge.
