Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat with the oil
  2. Add shallots and garlic, saute for about 2 minutes
  3. Add white wine, reduce by 3/4's
  4. Add prawns, saute one minute longer
  5. Add the cream and butter, bring to a boil
  6. Stir in the Heirloom Tomatoes, Parsley,Lemon juice and Zest.
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
  8. Serve over your favorite pasta cooked Al Dente or over Rice
  9. Top with parmesan cheese
  10. Have some fresh sour dough or Focaccia bread on hand.
  11. (to sop up the yummy sauce,remember, this is your only indulgence, Gastronomic anyways..lol. So your allowed to do this)
  12. 1 set the table
  13. 2 invite the person you wish to indulge with.....
  14. 3 Dim the lights, Pour your favorite beverage...
  15. 4 smile
