Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all crust ingredients except pecans.
  2. Beat at medium speed scraping bowl often for 3 minutes.
  3. Press on bottom of ungreased rectangular baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust.
  5. Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  7. Boil stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  8. Pour over pecans and crust then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  10. Allow to stand 5 minutes swirling chips as they melt.
  11. Cool completely then cut into bars.
