Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Butter an 8' x 8 baking pan.
  3. In the baking dish, melt butter; stir in sugar and orange rind.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top.
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Pack over top of cranberry layer.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Immediately invert onto a serving dish.
  9. Cut into squares.
