Directions:

  1. Saute meat, onion, pepper, and garlic. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Stir in beans, heat through.
