Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown turkey in oil.
  2. Add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Remove turkey and vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
  4. Add broth to the pan; bring to a boil.
  5. Add pasta; cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. Reduce heat; stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, garlic salt if desired and turkey mixture.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
