Turkey and Sausage Veggie Pot Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
  2. Add sausage and saute 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Whisk in milk and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in canned veggies, diced turkey and salt and pepepr.
  6. Pour into a lightly buttered pie plate.
  7. Roll out (or unfold) pie curst to fit over pie plate.
  8. Place pie crust over pie plate, trimming to fit.
  9. Crimp edges and cut steam slits in top.
  10. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
