Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 10 ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Move the contents of the mixing bowl into the skillet stirring well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the noodle dumplings and the broth, cover, and cook for 12 minutes.
  5. Add the tuna, pepper and salt re-cover and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, let sit for 3 minutes and serve.
