Tsom Tam Thai Papaya Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 unripe papaya
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp of thai fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp of thai anchovies (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Shred unripe papaya
  2. Using thai mortar and pestle bahsed garlic and chilli pepper
  3. Add palm sugar, shredded papaya fish sauce, thai anchovies lemon juice and zest, quartered tomato dried shrimp
  4. Taste if it's too salty add more lemon juice or palm sugar
  5. And garnish with roasted peanut
