Tsom Tam Thai Papaya Salad

This thai salad is brilliant, looks fantastic and tastes great
Ingredients:
1 unripe papaya
1 lemon
1 tomato
1 tbs thai palm sugar
2 cloves of garlic
3 hot chilli peppers
3 tbs of thai fish sauce
1 tbs of thai anchovies (optional)
pinch of salt
salted dried shrimp
roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Shred unripe papaya
2. using thai mortar and pestle bahsed garlic and chilli pepper
3. add palm sugar, shredded papaya fish sauce, thai anchovies lemon juice and zest, quartered tomato dried shrimp
4. taste if it's too salty add more lemon juice or palm sugar
5. and garnish with roasted peanut
