Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Break waffles into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Place in bottom of pan.
  5. Drain pineapple but reserve juice.
  6. Stir bananas into juice and place over waffles.
  7. In a meduim bowl beat eggs, sugar, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar with a wire whisk.
  8. Stir in drained pineapple.
  9. Pour into pan over bananas.
  10. In another medium bowl crush Granola bars and mix with nuts flour and remaining brown sugar.
  11. Add butter until mix is crumbly.
  12. Sprinkle on top of bake.
  13. Bake for 35 minutes.
  14. Pour jam on top when done and then cut into six servings.
