Tortellini, Mushroom and Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium high heat.
  2. Add next 8 ingredients and saute until vegetables are soft and kielbasa is brown.
  3. Add broth and bring to boil.
  4. Stir in kale.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until kale is wilted.
  6. Add Tortellini to soup.
  7. Simmer until pasta is just tender but still firm to bite.
