Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 11 by 7 inch baking pan. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, stir together egg, sugar, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir in banana and fruit bits.
  4. Add banana to flour mixture, stirring to combine. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
