  1. Heat oil in large pan, add garlic and cook until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until heated.
  3. Add Basil, salt, pepper and red pepper, stir well.
  4. Add to blender and mix until smooth.
  5. Store in refrigerator or freeze.
