Tomato Cheese Bacon Melts

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz garlic bread , loaf
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz) package cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Cut each bread half into 3 pieces.
  2. Place side up on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 4 minutes or until toasted.
  4. Spread margarine evenly, top with tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese bake for 2 more minutes or until cheese melts.
