Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 small bottle olives

Directions:

  1. Combine juice,salt,sugar,water,onion,stalk celery,pepper and vinegar boil 5 min. remove from heat and strain; pour over 2 envelopes of plain gelatin that has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water ( cold) .Add chopped olives and celery . Pour in molds. chill and serve.
