Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb tofu , pressed dry between paper towels
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredience in blender and puree until smooth. Goes well with tomato and cucumber sandwich. Stays fresh in fridge for 3 days
