Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fat free chream cheese
  • 2 oz splenda
  • 4 oz cool whip (2 cups)
  • optional
  • 1 tsp grapenuts

Directions:

  1. Mix thoroughly
  2. Spoon into 3 bowls
  3. Refridgerate over night... or eat immediately... whatever works
  4. Top with a little grape nuts cereal for a more crusty taste and texture.
  5. Add fresh fruit or sugar free preserves if you like.
  6. Doubles easily
