Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water, cold
  • 1 egg white , stiffly beaten

Directions:

  1. Extract juice from fruit; add sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Freeze to slush.
  3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and continue freezing until firm.
